When the COVID-19 pandemic first hit in March of 2020, film and TV production around the world came to a complete halt. But within a few months safety protocols had been developed that provided a framework for production to resume. With these new safety measures in place, and vigorous testing performed as soon as it became available, many film productions were able to cautiously return to work.

In the summer and fall of 2020, I worked on several commercials that were able to safely and successfully film during the pandemic. Here are three examples: spots for McDonald’s, the Washington State Lottery and T-Mobile.
